Missing SmartShunt mounting diagram appendix

Hi. The 'Manual - SmartShunt' document indicates that there should be a mounting diagram appended to the manual: "For the exact location of the mounting holes see the dimension drawing in the appendix of this manual."

I failed to locate the appended mounting diagram. Can you indicate where it can be found?
