How to reset cerbo gx id

My installation is after 11 months !!! completed by SunXpress. Unfortunately, I am not able to access my system via the VRM portal because it was registered by another user. Can someone Help me to remove the id from the vrm portal to reinstall it later

Hi, sorry to hear that. To quickly solve it, contact your distributor. They can contact their victron representative and get it sorted.

I tried to contact the installer SunXpress, they informed the company Bosswerk, but no chance to remove the ID from the VRM portal. It's a pitty that the end customer gets no Help After now 12 month of starting Installation. For my opinion it must be possible for an Admin to Help me.
