Can I use single SmartShunt to monitor both 24V and 12V battery

In my boat, I want to monitor my 24V (200 AH) trolling motor bank and 12V (100 AH) starter battery. Can I use the AUX input on the SmartShunt to monitor the 12V starter battery? I did not see anything in the manual that allowed separate configuration of the AUX input.

From what I read in the manual, the AUX input only measures voltage and not state of charge parameters.

did you ever do this? I would like to do this as well, but don't know if the trolling motor batteries share the same ground as the starter/house bank. And if you do connect them to the same ground do you open yourself up to interference issues with the fish/depth finders on the starter/house battery?

You can measure the voltage of the starter battery if both share the same ground.
