How can Connect the Venus OS whit VNC-Viewer?

Hi,

this is not (easily) possible. The VNC server, integrated in Venus, only accepts websocket connections and no direct VNC connections.

You could use a workaround involving a Raspberry Pi. I posted a howto years ago:

there IS a way

use putty,

setup SSH tunnel

then connect to that tunnel, works like a charm, but still only one connection at a time.
