Lynx Smart BMS not communicating to Smart Battery Protect

I just added the lynx smart BMS to my system, I am not getting the ATD or ATC to activate my smart battery protects one ATC for DC loads and one for ATC for alternator. When looking at the Smart BMS via Bluetooth it shows ATD, ATC active?
