Over the past 4 years I have spent over $30K on solar and battery backup. Unfortunately this has not been painless, and just recently the Victron Multiplus II GX has stopped sending data to the VRM Portal, and the display screen no longer works.
Contacting the installer, tells me to contact Victron Support.
Victron Support tells me to contact my local Victron Dealer.
My local Victron dealer doesn't want to involve himself with a unit he didn't install, saying its a Frankenstein installation (Battery is not on the Victron list).
Is this the Victron way? I'm left with no answers!
