VRM Portal shows wrong Battery Voltage

Hello

Since some weeks, the VRM portal do no more update the correct battery voltage.
That's different up to this summer.

Only 26.6V is shown over the whole day now.

When I open the remote console of my two charge controllers (100/30) I see that the maximum voltage of 28.8V has been reached during the day (LiFePo4 batteries), but it wouldn't be recorded in the Online-Portal.

That's stupid because in next winter I will no longer see the current state of charge.
We live 850km from our holiday home and we have a video surveillance that must be guaranteed.

What going wrong? What can I do?

Regards

VRM

If you see 28.8V at the MPPT but not at the battery there maybe is a blown fuse!?

Do you see PV yield or current flow into the battery from the MPPT?
