Control smart home devices from gx device

It would be nice if the cerbo gx was able to control smart home devices such as smart switches, smart bulbs, etc. from the gx touch display. I realize that some have been successful in integrating victron and home assistant together, but for those that might not be interested in home assistant but have maybe a few smart wifi devices connected to the home network it would be a nice feature .

There's so many different communication methods and protocols for smart home tech. It would be near impossible to add this as a general feature.

Saying that, if your wi-fi devices supported simple HTTP posted commands like a Shelly device then you could control them via Venus OS large and NodeRED.
