BMS led constantly red and LifePo4 battery hardwar failure

We have a system of Multiplus 24/3000, 2 smart LifePo4 batteries of 200 Ah, cyrix li ct and bms

the bms has a red led and one of the batteries cann't be shown in victron connect and the other is hardware failure alarm

What is the solution?
