BMS red led constantly on and will not charge

all the batteries say ready to use and not over temperature or voltage through victron connect.

with generator on AC1 or shore power on AC2 Quattros will still not charge.

i have tried a spare BMS but CCGX still says "allow to discharge yes"

"allow to charge no"
