500A Smart Shunt dead

Hi,

I installed a Victron 500A Smart Shunt to monitor a 100AH Lithium battery several months back.

it worked fine for 3 months, but yesterday when I tried to connect via Bluetooth it was not visible. Upon further inspection I noticed that no lights were visible on the unit. It appeared dead.

i tested the voltage at fuse and unit connection point and it was fine.

i have disconnected and reconnected the unit with no change.

it is getting power and is wired correctly so I’m assuming unit failure.

Any suggestions or comments are appreciate.

thanks

Weird, but, yeah. Sounds like it died.

Definitely a return to supplier issue.
