Superpack 60AH shut down. coming back, but voltage loss?

I have 2 Superpack 60AH in parallel - wired to a bus from which loads are drawn. Charging provided by a Blue Smart Charger IP22 set at 7.5A charge setting, also wired to the bus. Monitoring provided by a BMV 712. Last Saturday, left it, full charge, charger plugged in, 2 small house loads (intermittent) connected. Sunday morning, batteries are at 2volts. BMV712 shows no AH usage overnight.

BMS disconnect?

Turned the charger to 15A, disconnected all house loads.

2 days later - Output on the Charger is 13,7v and storage mode

voltage at bus (1 foot run) is 11.7V. Voltage at battery 11.7V. Voltage on BMV shows correct at 11.7V

No current draw detected!

Data pull from BMV712 on Saturday night shows almost no amp draw, then a small amp draw (probably the bilge pump) and then a big gray bar - assuming that's when it shut down.

Charger seems happy.

Why did it shut down?

Why won't it come back up to voltage?

Based on your description, the connection between the charger and the battery bank isn't good; check connections, fuses, etc. If the charger is putting out 13.7 but the bus is at 11.08, the charge current and voltage from the charger isn't reaching the bus.
