Cerbo Gx does not display SmartShunt

Cerbo GX running v3.30 firmware does not show SmartShunt HQ2249 running v4.14 firmware. The SmartShunt appears on VictronConnect.

Is this a fatal hardware issue?

Have you connected with an official VE Direct cable or a DIY one. Try using another VE Direct port on the Cerbo GX.

Very basic point, the SmartShunt does not connect to the Cerbo by Bluetooth.
