Alarm multiplus 12/500/20

Hi.I am electrician in some photovoltaic systems 500 kw and i have the multiplus 12/500/20 with one battery agm 12 v 115 ah.This inverter and the battery is only to supply the high voltage instruments in case of shut down.The problem is that when i have shut down in system power supply (more than 30 minutes) it appears the alarm at the inverter and i must go to the plant to make the hard reset (off and again on).

1)i checked the battery (13.6volt)

2)the only way to reset the alarm button is hard reset??

@Georvlac2 What is the load in watts, and what is the DC voltage when off-grid / disconnected from the mains power supply? Are you getting excessive volt drop and / or is the load greater than what the Multiplus can handle?
