Smart Shunt Ip65 not connecting to Cerbo gx

  • Hi I know that this is a known problem and I have read all the threads in the forum related to the subject. This shunt was appearing on my Cerbo until 2 weeks ago. Both firmwares are up to date. I have tried Ve direct as well as Ve-Direct to USB cable connections, rebooted both Cerbo and smart shunt it does not appear on my Cerbo anymore but yet I can connect via Bluetooth and shunt works fine. S/N is HQ2239AZNV4.

Any new suggestions?

Ok I’ve solved my own problem. I was rebooting smart shunt by disconnecting the power lead which didn’t work Then I totally disconnect the shunt including battery minus and the load minus leads and reconnected all three ( battery, load minus and power) and rebooted and bingo it was recognized by the cerbo gx.
