Victron phoenix 12/375 inverter, red LED on all the time with no load

I have a Phoenix 12/375 inverter, connected to a 12v 100ah battery using 10mm cable only 1.5m total length. With no load connected to the output, the red LED is constantly on and there is no voltage at the output. Any ideas?

Usually that means overload.

If it is doing it with no load connected then it is time to contact the supplier.
