is the WHOLE Victron Sales Team in vacancy?
I ordered from my Distributor two promotion setd (MultiPlus-II + CerboGX) but Victron does not answer to the EMails of my Distributor in Estonia.
Any ideas how to get the promo?

Victron Sales managers are regionally based, so if the sales manager for your area is on leave during the holidays, other sales manager for other regions who continue to work will not take on their work load.
Most have some plan or notification system in place though.
There is also a regional notice posted to the e-ordering system that is available to distributors that explain any delays.
This one is specific to Australia where I am but should give some idea;
I find a bit of persistence combined with a bit of patience is required for lots of things this time of year.
