Quattro 3 Phase system not switching to genset if only one phase is down

Hi All,

we have a 3 phase system with 3x 15 kVA Quattros. Automatic genset start/stop is implemented for no grid & low SOC conditions and working.

Unfortunately genset input is only accepted by the Quattros, if all 3 phases of the grid input are off.

If only one phase of the grid is down, the Quattros disconnect from the grid and start inverting. If SOC runs low the GX starts the generator. But in this case the Quattros are not connecting to the generator input, probably because 2 of the 3 Quattros are still seing grid voltage.

How can this be fixed so that Quattros also accept generator input, if only one phase is down?

Thank you for your help

we still have the problem, that the Quattros are not allowing genset input, if only one phase is down. Does anyone have an idea how to solve that?
