We have a newly installed multiplus and it is not working because it gives a temperature error. I updated the software and problem was not resolved. In Victron Connect, the device temperature appears to be 39 degrees.
The device was also tested without Acload, but Multi still does not run because of a temperature error. In Only Charge mode, it does not start charging again, giving a temperature error.
As soon as you turn on the device, the fans start working. I think there is a problem in the internal temperature circuit, but I saw the correct temperature of 39 degrees when ı connect from VictronConnect.
