VRLA AGM Deep Cycle recondition?

Hi, I have this battery FAM BE 12100 CY https://www.fambatterie.it/batterie-agm-deep-cycle/242-batteria-be-12100-cy.html (Datasheet) which is self discharging way faster than usual. Battery is 3 yrs old.

In your opinion, is it possible to try to recondition it with the Victron Bluesmart IP65?

You can try, but a good chance the battery is worn out. You'll probably have found that it comes up to 'charged' voltage very quickly.
