BMS shutdown at high SOC

Twice this week the BMS has shut down my whole system at night with an SOC above 70%. When I take individual voltages, 1 battery is at 10.6 volts while the others are 11.5 or so. I have 4 batteries in 2s2p to give me a 24v system. Why is my BMS shutting down my batteries at such a high state of charge?

Since you're saying "BMS" I'll assume you're using Lithium Iron Phosphate or LFP in 12.8V configuration.

12.8V LFP batteries sitting at 10.6V or 11.5V are at an EXTREMELY low state of charge, i.e., well under 10% SoC - near empty.

Lead acid batteries at those voltages are also at extremely low states of charge.

Whatever is telling you "70%" is not accurate.
