Phoenix Inverter VE.Direct switch "off" current

Is it expected behavior for the inverter to still draw around 30mA whenever the rocker switch is turned off? I made the mistake of leaving the inverter attached directly to the battery without a physical disconnect thinking that off meant off...

If this is normal, then at what voltage does it truly go off into uA's?

It is to be expected. Otherwise you would have to precharge the system everytime you wanted to switch it back on. So to maintain the capacitor bank (and other electronics) it draws a very small amount.
