Can I wire this in reverse... have my alternator, multiplus and solar charge my lithium house bank and have the Orion charge my start battery?

Yes. I don't see why not assuming you are not using the body of the vehicle for negative.
Might be cheaper to just use an ip65 230v or the little 4A 230v automotive charger though.
Or use the auxiliary charger in the multiplus.
