I did a firmware update from 498 to 502 on my MultiPlus 2000 in Feb, 2023 using VictronConnect v5.81 on Macbook Air (macOS Ventura 13.2). However, when I attempted to access my Multiplus setting again last week, I got the "Unsupported firmware version" error message. Tried several times, same result - no access. What should I do to regain access to the settings?
