We stopped being able to get real-time connection late Friday night.
We have checked everything and all seems ok.
Does anyone else have issues or know how to fix?

We stopped being able to get real-time connection late Friday night.
We have checked everything and all seems ok.
Does anyone else have issues or know how to fix?
I have 3 separate installations and last week, on 1 of them, the realtime data stopped working and the controls button on the dashboard no longer appears.
This has worked for a long time until now and the settings on all 3 appear to be the same, so I don't know why this 1 is not working?
Two-way is enabled.
Remote support is enabled.
Wifi signal is good.
