VictronConnect Stuck at "Fetching Data"

Hi, I like a few others am having trouble with my VictronConnect app getting stuck in a loop at "Fetching Data." I''m running version 5.76 on a mac and iphone and they both started having trouble yesterday.

Try power cycling the device itself.

If it does not work, you may need to send it in to be checked.
