In installed a SmartShunt and it is working fine and the smartshunt connects to my phone just fine.
I am trying to connect via the Victron Connect app on a PC. The Bluetooth adapter connects to the smart shunt just fine, but the software cannot find it.
My PC has two Bluetooth adapters, an internal one and an external long-range adapter. The internal adapter cannot connect to the smartshunt due to distance. It is disabled, but cannot be uninstalled. All other connected devices are working fine using the external adapter.
The SmartShunt is properly enumerated in the device manager
