Overload Light stays on and then shuts off Inverter

Hello. We have 2 Phoenix Inverter Compact 12/2000 230V in parallel. The overload light comes on and the Inverter shuts off with any load. We have checked all the connections between the batteries and the inverters including the 300 amp fuse. We can not find the problem to fix it. Any help is appreciated. Unfortunately, we do not have a dongle to diagnose the issue.

whats charging the batteries and what are there current voltages

what are the battery voltages when the overload occurs as flat batteries will also cause the issue

Without a MK3 dongle and knowing the settings there is nothing anyone can do - so suggest you take them into a victron dealer for checking.
