No Temperature sensor reading?

I can't seem to get a battery temperature reading from the App.. I have a sensor connected from the Multiplus as well as the BMV 712 shunt. I also made sure that the setting within the app was toggled on under the display settings.

Anybody have any suggestions to try and trouble shoot?

The BMV needs a special sensor, you can't use the sensor from the MultiPlus.
