System not allowing PV to power loads

Hi everyone,

Doing renovations and the workers were using jackhammers and the walls where the inverters and mppt's were mounted on, were vibrating a little so i figured i power the entire system down to prevent any damage.

Two days later, i power everything back on , and notice that the house is only taking power from grid and not PV.

I didn't change any settings, so confused as to what is causing this ?

TIA !

system setup:

3 x Multiplus ii ( 1 on each phase)

3 x MPPT

27 x 410w panels

8 x Pylontech US3000

Can you post a picture of the Battery -> Parameters, you should see Charge Voltage, Current, Discharge Current. This would help rule out DVCC.

Also on the menu of your GX is all your devices present?

Thanks for the reply.

I forgot to mention that the PV was charging the battery bank, i powered all off at 48% and it charged to 100% .

now in the evening, its still powering the house from grid instead of battery.

Oh okay, that makes more sense. Can you send a picture of your ESS settings?

The active SOC might be at 100% in which case the system will return to normal operate tomorrow once the batteries are full.

Here you go... i checked all cables etc, nothing seems loose or anything.

The vibrations on the walls were very light, nothing serious, otherwise i would have removed them .

The builder told me they removed a sub-db and connected only a few circuits to provide power to 2 rooms.

Can this affect the system in any way ?

Check all the communication wiring, maybe the VE.direct connections are loose.
Also check the power wiring.

OK guys, the error was on the power-on switches on the inverters, can you believe it !

I powered it up on " II " instead of " I " .

Thanks for everything, much appreciated.
