SOK Battery

I have a victron blue smart 24v 16amp charger connected to my two SOK 12v Lithium (LIFEPO4) batteries in series like the photo, the battery that has the positive from the charger hooked to it is getting hot on top of the battery where the BMS resides and the charger itself is getting hot, does not feel normal, is there a problem, why is just the one battery getting hot
