Orion-tr Smart remote toggle

What is the maximum current traveling through the Orion-tr Smart remote loop? I am looking to install a toggle switch between the loop to activate/deactivate charging from a remote cabin switch. The switch to be used is usually paired with a relay to trigger accessories. It has a maximum rating of 3 amps at 12v only.

This will be a very low current loop. Your 3A relay is likely to be well able to cope with the job.
