Probably a stupid question but anyway, I am doing an installation on a boat using a BMS 12V 200A to protect my alternator. I have a start battery which I will connect to the BMS and will couple my 2 LIFEPO4 Batteries in parallel to the BMS as described in the installation. These are my house/systems operating batteries.. Now for the question. I have a second battery bank of 2 Lead acid batteries for my anchor windlass. Can these be attached to BMS 12V 200A at the load minus terminal on the right hand side of the unit. Or do I need to find another solution. Making it even more fun I have a solar array with an MPPT controller. Any suggestions/ advice is welcome..
