Cannot Download Victron Professional Certificates

Trying to download my certificates from Victron Professional but I can't get them. It seems like something on the portal has changed and I only ever got one in an email. The victron screen takes me to the easy LMS screen attached. Tried in both Safari and Google Chrome.Please help!
