Is there a rule between PV size on Solar chargers and the inverter/charger?
For example, I have a system of 6 Quattro 15 KVA and 19 MPPT Rs 200 A.

No, you can have as big of a DC array as you would like. The only thing that has to be sized correctly is that you charge controllers don't exceed the batteries max charge current. This could mean just setting the limits lower on the charge controllers or having a battery with CAN BMS which can adjust the charge rate.
So PV and Battery should match but inverters have no effect in DC coupling.
