Unsupported Firmware Version - Multiplus 12/2000/120

Hi folks! I'm seeing this message when trying to access my Multiplus settings. I've even tried to change the Multiplus firmware to 2708482 and 2708433 using VEFlash but nothing seems to help. My Multiplus isn't working as inverter or charger. While I can access it using VEConfig it doesn't turn any lights on. Any ideas of what's happening?

Suggest you get a MK3 interface to do this as the 433fw is to old to be used with victron connect and ve flash requires MK3 interface, or more information on what you are doing


or you have a 19 series fw currently and its to old to upgrade to a 26 series firmware

Please send pictures of the ve config setup and advise its current fw version ie does it start with 19 or 26

Hey! I did use an MK3 and VEFlash to change the firmware. I've tried all available firmware without any success. I also tried to get VictronConnect beta and different devices and nothing seemed to help. Sorry I can't take pictures right now but the current firmware is 2708482.
