How to properly setup Temperatire Compensation

Hello. I am the proud new owner of a SmartSolar MPPT 150/45. I’m trying to figure out how to setup the temperature compensation for my battery bank. The battery manufacturer states to ADD 0.005 volt per cell for every 1°C BELOW 25°C and SUBTRACT 0.005 volt per cell for every 1°C ABOVE 25°C. I have a 12v bank which puts me at 30mV for every 1°C. My question is do I set it to 30mV or -30mV. The factory setting is -16.2mV which has me confused.

-30mV

Every 1°C of temperature increase should result in a voltage reduction of -30mV.
