power and current data missing: Smartsolar MPPT status in VictronConnect App

There is something very odd happening here, even though the system works ,there is no data for current and power in the VictronConnect App status the firmware has been updated to the most recent version .I am able to determine that the system is working because if you look at the history, all the data is there however status is zero.

Has anybody encountered this before?

What is the solution? comments and suggestions are welcome

The details of the installed system are

24x 250w Trina solar polycrystalline solar panels

1 X 5KVA Victron energy Multiplus inverter 48v 230V

1x 150/85 Tr VE CAN MPPT Controller

12 X 12v 200ah Lead Acid batteries

MPPT SmartSolar VictronConnect victron products victron

I suspect the battery voltage at 51.7 is higher than your set points in the regulator and thus the regulator thinks the batteries are full and stops charging. please send pictures of the battery setting in the regulator

Thanks so much for the response, we have checked that severally and its set to 48v which is the correct system voltage.
