I have just replaced my old, failed, Phoenix Combi 24/2000/50 with a new MultiPlus 24/3000/70. When I connect my Phoenix Multi remote panel, it must be about a 2000 vintage, it doesn't work, so I'm seeking guidance on its compatibility.
I get odd results. When it's connected to the MultiPlus with the latter's switch "on", I can turn on the MultiPlus from the panel, but none of the LEDs on the remote panel light. Now, here's the odd bit: the remote panel won't turn off the Multi.
What's the position on compatibility, then? Will I have to purchase a new remote panel?
