There is a menu option to Synchronize SOC to 100%. it did work but it hasn't worked since the last update. Are there a set of limiting parameters or conditions?

CCGX = Synchronize SOC to 100%
The CCGX does not monitor SOC it just reports or shows you what the system devices are saying. If you are not getting 100% then your system is either not charging or if you have a BMV then it may have lost synchronization.
We wont be able to say conclusively unless we you share more about your system.

- Inverter Multi 24/1600/40
- Battery 24V 230Ah Exide GEL Solar S12/230A
- Controller Cerbo GX
The battery charge does not reach 100% for several days. What is the reason, do you think?
