VRM portal ID not shown in CCGX Settings

I'm trying to troubleshoot my VRM portal connection that no longer works and I've seen that on the settings my portal id is not shown anymore.

My last connection was 5 months ago.

My internet connection works, but giving the command

root@ccgx:/log# wget --quiet -O- http://ccgxlogging.victronenergy.com/log/log.php

I get this message! : vrm: fail

The internet connection is ok

root@ccgx:/log# nslookup ccgxlogging.victronenergy.com

Server: 127.0.0.1

Address 1: 127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain

Name: ccgxlogging.victronenergy.com

Address 1: 52.28.98.25 ec2-52-28-98-25.eu-central-1.compute.amazonaws.com

Can someone help me?

p.s. I have the last firmware on ccgx.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

Just to be more clear. On the settings page instead of the VRM Portal ID I can see only this --

may the storage is FULL my System ran out of free space and this happend

Sorry to say that sounds like a faulty unit, and it should be returned to place of purchase for a warranty replacement.
