Can Lithium HE batteries be installed on their side

Looked through all the documentation and could not find an answer.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

If possible put them up right; thats what they've been engineered for. But can be done on their side.

Note that this is not for the 12.8V LFP battery ranges. Only the Lithium HE batteries.

could you explain the reason behind? I'm trying to convince myself that in ideal conditions, LFP batteries can be placed on their sides, mainly because they do not have any liquid or jel inside like vrla or agm batteries.

Depends on the type. Prismatic lfp cells do have liquid, and even a vent.

The HE batteries are not NMC though.

The other reason is that simply during design, no time was spent on investigating the consequences and/or designing for it.

Lastly, as my grand father says ‘daar worden ze niet beter van’.
