Top balancing Lifepo4 with IP22 ?

I am planning to get an IP22 12/30, and build a 12v Lifepo4.

Would you pls.let me know if I could set the charger to a CC/CVmode (continuous current/voltage) to do a top balancing of each cell? I hope to avoid buying a power supply just for the top balancing.

No, you can not initially charge/balance your cells with a IP22 12/30.

You need to have cell balancers/voltage monitoring hooked up before initial cell/battery charging.

Do you plan to use the battery without a BMS?

If yes, use Bottom Balancing, not Top Balancing.

Anyway, don't use IP22 to charge individual cells. It can't charge at the low voltage required for a single cell.

Thank you for the reply, that was the exact info I was looking for. I was hoping to avoid buying another power supply for charging individual cells.
