Inverter Fail

I have a Victron 12/350 inverter which worked flawlessly for several years. Using it on a German-made Braun induction toothbrush charger destroyed the charger and the inverter now goes to "overload" when I try to use, although when first switched on the green light is constantly displayed. Clearly there is now a fault with the inverter, and also, should they not work on an induction charger?

Hey Mercrusa, absolutely they should work on an induction charger. And not destroy the charger either obviously.

We did make some improvements over time; which could also affect (= make newer models better handle) situations like this.

I’ll send you an email.
