Powered up a new Cerbo. WiFi light flashed for about ten seconds then nothing. Checked fuse and polarity any other suggestions?
This sounds like an issue I had. There's a very specific set of events that can leave the Cerbo in an unstable state after attempting to update from the firmware out of the box, to a new firmware.
Once you get past that version, it can no longer happen - but you might be out of luck, unless you know how to work with SOM style devices and Linux.
I was able to get mine going with the help of Victron Technicians knowledge of their board, but it's not a process for just anyone.
If there is a dealer, your best bet is probably to warranty it, once you've determined that it's not booting and you've got no output.
