VICTRON Blue Smart IP22 12/30A Stays on bulk charge

Hi, I have a VICTRON Blue Smart Charger IP22 12/30A that has worked fine for the few times I have used it but now stays on bulk and gets so hot in 15 minutes that you cant touch it. I cant connect to it with app anymore. Can you give me so advice. Thanks

Get in touch with your dealer for a replacement. You have a 5 year warranty on the charger.
