mppt 100/30 settings for my system

Hi I have a system that is not functioning properly and need some help.

I have 2 Kyocera 140 panels, Victron MPPT 100/30, and Magnum 1012 Inverter with remote, and Trojan flooded lead acid 6V x2. I have the app on my phone for the 100/30 and it works when Im there but it is in a remote cabin with no communication so .....

What should my 100/30 be set on for optimal operation?
