Please help with my Victron SmartSolar MPPT 150/35

Hi,

I have a battery bank (48V) consisting of 8 x Fullriver DC400-6 (https://www.fullriverbattery.com/product/dc400-6/)

In the system I have a Victron Smart Solar MPPT 150/35, and I can't find any Battery preset that fit the Fullriver batteries:

I really need help to get this right, and believe "user defined" and "Expert mode" must be set.

Since I obviously are no expert, I need help with the following sections (in the app and battery settings):

- Bulk

- Absorption

-Equalization

- Voltage compensation

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

Hi according to your information, setting from rotary switch number 3 should be fine. (for 48V multiply the values by 2, here the information is for 24VDC).

Hope it helps you.

Hi. Thank you for answering, etting number 3 is close, but the recomended float charge for my batteries is lower than 55,2V. In the table you can see that this should be set to 54,8V. That is why I believe I have to set everything manually and in expert mode.

Hi, 27,6V x2 = 55,2V As you will have losses on the cabling, this shouldn't be an issue. Personnally I would go with the rotary switch on position 3, before starting to perform changes on the "expert mode". Remember that "equalization" must be DISABLED for your AGM Battery.
