Smart Solar (CANbus Connected) Enhancement for "Zero Output Technology"

I wonder what peoples view is on this and if Victron might consider it.

I have seen some charging devices able to provide zero charge current, but support loads by monitoring the current into a battery and maintaining it at zero.

This is particularly useful in cold temperatures when the battery should not be charged as it is below 5oC, but there is sufficient solar to support loads. At present the MPPT will switch off as the BMS is charge disabled, and the battery is drawn down by loads. The MPPT could reduce the draw on the battery by rather than being off, be in say a float state and maintain the current output so that the is zero entering the battery.

Thoughts and views welcome.
