system fault overnight after scheduled charge Getting inverter overload, expected devices error, grid lost and system time sync error. Have tried switching off and back on remotly but no change. sysyem is two 15000va in parallel, any help appreciated

some common issue for this are below. its a full manual off and back on to clear, cant be done remotley you could try a device settings update that will cause a inverter restart that may get you over the hump. if they two are still communicating with the GX unit still, Try downloading the setup if you can then make the change using the ve config the causes a restart and then upload it again.
1. non original Victron RJ45 network cables being used
2. old firmware
3. battery cable lengths to both inverters are not the same length and or size
4. I have had the problem were the cable from the inverter to the GX is two long

Many thanks added acgenerator assistant so it rebooted as you said and all is fine, see what happens tonight aftervthe scheduled charge, hoping it was just a blip, have put a failsafe contactor in such that the house is powered by grid if anything goes wrong as i have elderly mother living with us and glitched have only ever happened the mights im away!!
